Apart from the complete bikes from Raleigh and Diamondback, we have forged new partnerships with various frame manufacturers who specialize in Titanium, Steel, Alloy and Carbon. All of which allow us to put together the ultimate cycle package for you and, of course, we still build our own frames and finish off each build with hand built, custom wheels.
We deal with every component manufacturer out there. All the usual suspects. Campagnolo, Shimano and Sram plus the other majors. What is a little unique about us is the numerous little outfits we have access to, from CNC shops making one off jockey wheels to custom rim manufacturers. Pam deals with companies direct and has a rolladex that is the envy of the industry... If you have seen a product online, in a magazine or at an event, call us.
More important than being able to sell all this stuff is being equiped with the latest tools and knowledge to service it. You bring us the latest suspension from Rock Shox & Fox or need your Hope hydraulics serviced and we do it in house, no sending it away to be done. Mark teaches bicycle mechanics at all levels and we even run special clinics for the mechanics of other shops.
Things change fast here at Cycle Depot. Our philosophy has always been to try and tailor every bike that leaves our workshop to the individual. No one company produces a range of bikes that are the best for every apllication. To that end a bunch more manufacturers have been added to our family and Pam has added yet another file cabinet to her office!

Yes, We still Build Frames.
We now pick and choose the frame projects we are asked to do and Pam, although still very much involved with the paint side of things, will step down from most of the actual spraying. She has gathered a small group of talented people that will now take that over. Again, lack of time is the deciding factor.
If you have a custom frame already ordered from us you already know the time scale. We started as custom frame and wheel builders back in the day. Since then we have added a traditional store. There is a reason custom builders don't do that. It Gets Busy!!!

The 29er revolution is still gaining momentum. It was only a few years ago when we had people from as far away as California banging down the door wanting us to build them fillet brazed 29er frames. Now we have a huge selection of frames to choose from, at much more reasonble prices. Be sure to look at the 29er page.
Another category that is riding a wave of popularity is the Fixie, Singlespeed revolution. Mark always seems to have a bike in the workshop that the owner wants a gear appendectomy performed on. We have sent $20 bikes out the door with $500 sets of flip flop wheels on. Again, such is the popularity of singles we now have a page dedicated to the breed.

Another busy year for us with a big increase of custom builds, especially road bikes. It seems more riders are listening to our war cry and opting to design their own bike rather than a ready made off the rack. This has always been our speciality and it is always fun for us to see the faces of people as they watch their dream bike roll out of the workshop.
